Troubleshooting

Check the status page. It refreshes every 30 seconds. If a fresh observation reports a disconnect, the page shows that state. After 90 seconds without fresh data, status becomes unavailable: that means the website cannot confirm the connection, not that it knows the cause of an outage.

Confirm your server’s prefix, the exact command spelling, and whether you are in a server channel where Blood has access. Then check the caller permission, Blood’s channel permissions, role hierarchy, and any ignored-channel settings. A cooldown may also prevent an immediate repeat.

Check that feature’s setup and destination, then consult its guide. Music can fail because a source is unavailable. An image URL must be reachable to render. A newly enabled analytics or leveling feature needs new activity before useful results are available.

Join discord.gg/shard. Include the command you tried, the error message, the approximate time, and the relevant server or channel ID. Remove private message contents and personal information from screenshots. Never send bot tokens, webhook URLs, passwords, or heartbeat URLs.
